Pick-up begins every Mondays and Thursdays at 3:00 pm until 4:30 pm on the floating harbor of Manaus, located downtown.
The payment has to be in advanced to confirm the booking otherwise will be cancelled.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations must be advised two months before the tour starts
- Cancellations made after this period will be charged 100% of the total amount
- In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged
- The refund will be given 45 days after the cancellations are received
Iberostar Grand Amazon Cruises
Grand Amazon Iberostar is a 5-star ship planned especially to offer a different style of cruise in the Amazon. Its itineraries were though to show the best of the Amazon; guests will visit the Negro and Amazon rivers where you can see an abundance of wildlife in this marvelous region while enjoying complete comfort and luxury.
The ship offers different routes in the Amazon River and the Negro River, or if you prefer you may choose to visit both routes on a weekly cruise. On board of Iberostar, one will feel as if they are in a high-class hotel in the city, but after peering through the windows one will realize that the ship is crossing the vast green rainforest.
The journey begins in Manaus, the main gateway for those entering the Amazon, and the ship will make several stops to explore the remote areas in small speedboats along the tour. All the accommodations were planned with the best comfort in mind.
There are three floors of cabins, where you can rest and have an unforgettable view.
The first deck is called Mandi, the second is Acará and the third is Tambaqui. There are 72 rooms in total with 23 square meters and two Royal suites with 50 square meters. The suites are located in the ship's best area, the front.
All rooms are equipped with hot showers, private bathrooms, hair dryers, balconies, single and double beds, plasma TVs, telephones, air-conditioning, music and so much more. On this journey along the course of the Amazon River, you will enjoy all the modern conveniences on our luxury cruise ship including fully-equipped cabins, exclusive bars and restaurants, a wide range of entertainment activities, a conference room for conventions, shops, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, a disco, etc...
The ship offers its guests two Jacuzzis located on the third floor, two restaurants, an elevator, electric power 110v, a meeting saloon for 148 people, a nursery, laundry services and two swimming pools.
During your stay on the ship, you will have a complete system all included with snacks, alcoholic drinks and soft drinks, folk shows in the ship room, open bar service, excursions with experienced tour guides, meals prepared with local and international techniques, swimming pools and night discos.
The company offers different itineraries for you to choose the best combination for your trip in the Amazon, or if you prefer you can combine both programs to have an unforgettable trip on both rivers.
Package 1 - Solimões River, the muddy waters - 4 Days and 3 Nights
In this package you will: visit the Natives House or you can do a jungle walk, bird watching tour, piranha fishing, lectures on board, social activities, alligator spotting, motorized boats tours, dance and music at the disco on the ship, photographic tour, a special dinner, a folk show, breakfast during the sunrise and a tour to the meeting of the waters at Kuarup Restaurant.
Package 2 - Rio Negro, the dark waters - 5 days and 4 nights
You will have a jungle walk in place called Jaraqui, lectures about the Amazon, tour in the Anavilhanas Archipelago, alligator spotting, a visit to the fresh water pink dolphins at Novo Airão, a folk show, disco dancing, bird watching, visit the indigenous community, tour at Ariau River, dinner with the ship`s Captain, breakfast, and a trip to the meeting of the waters.
If you prefer, you can combine both itineraries forming a 7-night tour.

- From Sundays to Thursday, the ship goes to Amazon River, in this itinerary you will have a chance to learn about the muddy waters ecosystem
- From Thursday to Sunday, the ship visits the Negro River, where you can see the dark water ecosystem

Other disclosures
- The ship offers an open bar service being everything included in the price of the package
- The embarkation tax is charged at the Manaus port R$ 60,00
- The Tourism Tax R$ 10 per day per person (optional)
- Tips are not included the suggestion is R$ 24 per day (optional)
- For Late Check-Out, consult the reception
- The disembarkation will be at 7:30 in the port of Manaus
- The ship offers electric 110 watts
- The laundry works from 10:00 until 22:00
- On the ship is possible to make international calls
