Tiwa Amazonas Ecoresort is a role model when it comes to developing sustainable tourism in this region. It’s the only jungle hotel that meets all (local) government requirements, and the involvement with people and environment goes even further.
Environment-friendly
The hotel has taken the environment into account from the start of the hotel building. No single tree was chopped down to build the hotel. The soil has been provided by the river. Very unique, since the original roots of trees in the beach yard are 3 metres deep into the ground!
