Amazon Jungle Palace Hotel

In the heart of the rainforest, one can find the newest accommodation option, the Amazon Jungle Palace. This is the first 5-star jungle hotel in the Amazon, with 68 rooms projected to offer the best comfort for its guests. It is completely surrounded by jungle and water to allow for close contact with nature and the area where the hotel was constructed is in a sustainable development reserve called Tupé RDS. It kept the surrounding nature intact to give guests the chance to stay at a luxury hotel and become a part of the forest.

The hotel was recently restored and two new floating structures were assembled to create a larger area for the guests to walk and enjoy nature. The water level never becomes a problem because these structures were designed to adjust according to the water level; the hotel rises to a high level in June and stays at a low level in November.

The hotel is located on the left side of the Negro River, the distance from Manaus is 50 km. Its access can be by boat or depending on the season by amphibious plane as well.

The hotel is one of the few hotels that treat its own sewage. It has treatment machines underneath the barges. This means that all the water used in this complex is treated and afterwards placed back into nature very clean and never pollutes the environment, which is clearly an important resource for this accommodation.

The hotel offers a modern style, with an air conditioning system, LCD TV, cable system, Wi-Fi connection, Jacuzzi, black out curtains, telephone calls, hot showers, comfortable king size beds and a nice jungle view can be seeing from the balconies. The other facilities include two restaurants serving cuisine with traditional and international ingredients, two swimming pools for the guests to refresh themselves during the Amazonian summer and an auditorium for meetings, a game room, a fitness area, outdoor bars with music and much more to create an unforgettable stay in the jungle.
